The original eMas application monitored IT infrastructures, especially in relation to information security. With the experience acquired its application has been expanded to other business processes, following the approach known as BAM (Business Activity Monitoring).

Corportate processes are monitored by agents that detect simple conditions, identify abnormal situation, or collect relevant information.

This information is transfered to an event bus, where correlation engines apply monitorization rules to multiple-sourced events and obtains conclusions that are shown in the single dashboard.

Users receive notification about events via the fastest channel and interact with those events using the single console.

The platform feeds all the information to the Control Panel in real time in order to visualize the status of monitored processes.

The two pilars of our solution are the single event console, which centralizes the monitoring of various processes, and the event correlation platform, which enables the definition of correlation rules in a domain-specific language).
